Our seasoning for this chicken jerky has lemongrass in it which is most commonly used in Southeast Asian cuisine. We used plenty of lemongrass so you can really feel a nice and refreshing lemony taste in your mouth which is subtle yet pleasant. Chicken jerky is an excellent choice if you are wanting to avoid red meat or high-fat content while also wanting a high-protein snack or if you just want to try something different. This is certainly a perfect snack for you!
