Delicious, a bit salty but goes well with the smoke flavor
Bought a bigger batch of different varities of jerky. The meat is high quality and fresh. Really enjoying what I ordered. Going to use in future.
Arrived promptly and nice and fresh. Very expensive shipping which made the pricing no better than supermarket pricing though which was disappointing. Wish there was bulk order pricing at least, ordering monthly subscription with those shipping costs would not be worthwhile.

I was sceptical of a jerky deliberately selecting densely marbled meat given that leaner meat generally makes better jerky. I should have trusted my gut - the jerky is moist/oily to the touch, soft texture in the mouth like it isn't fully dried and a generally unpleasant flavour.

This has become my staple - caloric intake monitoring made convenient. So when my rations run out, my body demands more. More fattier cuts would definitely enhance the overall flavour and meat macronutrient requirements. I would definitely purchase a fattier variant of the Indiana Biltong Original!
Thank you for your review! Beef is naturally rather low in fat so we are afraid it wouldn't be possible to produce a fattier biltong from beef. You could try mixing some pork jerky from Kuivalihakundi or Barazzo to it in order to create a mix perfect for you.

This of course also influences the remaining shelf life the product is being sold with. Som tittelen, 30kr per 25g blir litt for mye for meg så jeg vil nok ikke handle igjen før jeg har overskudd. Ikke verdt å tenke på det som noe annet enn dyrt sunt godteri
